Environmental Management

FLOSUL has promoted programs and practices for social and environmental management of its forests. They show practical results on the following aspects:

1) Cartographic base of all the company forests, diagnoses of the environment and flora and fauna monitoring;

2) Establishment of conservation units in our forests: PPAs (Permanent Preservation Areas), LR (Legal Reservation) and FHCV (Forests of High Conservation Value);

3) Establishment of biodiversity corridors;

4) Environmental education to employees and to the community.
