Treated Wood
Our Wood Preservation Plant (UPM) supplies timber and lumber from our certified forests, pressure-treated with chromated copper arsenate (CCA), which increases the life of the wood, protecting it against funguses, insects, borers, and other hazards.
FLOSUL’S treated wood products can be painted, stained, or glued, which allows it to be used for many different applications. Among the most common uses are civil construction and electricity and telephone poles. Because of its rustic look, it is ideal for indoor use (exposed mezzanine supports) as well as outdoor use (wood beams). FLOSUL products can also be used in aquatic environments, precisely due to the chemical treatment it undergoes.
Poles
Logs from renewable forests and previously selected. Poles that are pressure-treated with CCA, according to the NBR 8456 standard.
Application:
Structures in general, electricity and telephone networks, among others.

Decks
Air-dried sawn wooden planks sold untreated or CCA-treated, with one smooth surface and one rough surface to avoid variations in size in the wood.
Application:
Wooden decks are commonplace in outside residential or commercial areas, especially when integrated into gardens, swimming pools, or spas.
