Our sawmill products (sawn wood) have the mark of FLOSUL’s tradition. Since 1981 we have offered quality products in order to meet the market demands.

Their main application is in the furniture industry, particularly components for garden and interior furniture, window and door frames, framework of upholstered furniture, floors and paneling, wood for laminated beams, wood artifacts and others. In order to be used in civil construction, the wood receives a chemical treatment that adapts it for the outdoor use.

The products processed in our factory perform very well when exported. We offer the client sawn wood that has undergone different drying processes and treatments.


Green Sawn Wood
Strongly present in the Brazilian market, it has a wood humidity of around 70%.

Air-dried Sawn Wood (AD)
It meets the demands of the national market and of Flosul’s exports. The wood stays in the factory yard from 45 to 60 days after the trim, attaining a maximum humidity of 35%.

Kiln-dried Sawn Wood (KD)
Highly requested by FLOSUL’s international clients, the wood is between 10% and 12% humid.

Residues
They are mainly used for energy purposes. We guarantee an environmentally correct destination to our residues by selling the waste of the Sawmill Unit, in the form of wood chips and sawdust.
