FLOSUL Indústria e Comércio de Madeiras Ltda., member company of the Renner Herrmann S/A group, was founded in March 1970 in Capivari do Sul / RS - Brazil.

We started operating as a forestry company. As the years went by, we acquired know-how and began investing on the management of our own forest resources. Today, we mainly cultivate species of eucalyptus, specifically the Eucalyptus Grandis.

This process of product diversification was intensified during the 80’s with the implementation of the Sawmill - a pioneer in Brazil in Eucalyptus break-down - and of the Wood Preservation Plant. In 1997, through research and development, FLOSUL established its Drying complex and the Manufactured Products Unit. In 1999 we adquired the FSC certificate - Forest Stewardship Council, or council of forestry management – organization that promotes the good management of natural and planted forests.

In more than 40 years of history, we increased our product offering, established our tradition, and achieved the recognition of the Brazilian as well as the international market. Our technical improvement allows us to produce from rough lumber to sawn and preserved wood, including wood logs for energy creation and for industrial processes.

Our products are marketed in Brazil and exported to the southwest of Africa, Europe and the United States.
